Who Should Exhibit?
Any vendor who wishes to be in front of a tremendous crowd of people travelling from all over North America and the World - who are interested in health, wellness, and Chinese Martial Arts specifically Tai Chi Chuan.
The location of the Symposium is on the campus of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. The location of the Silk Road Bazaar is on the second floor of the Commons Center. This building will serve as the focal point of the Symposium from the very beginning at registration. All of the meals are served in the Commons Center dining hall. There is also a convenience store, and a comfortable lobby which will invite impromptu discussions – all of which create a high traffic area and will direct participants during the week to walk through the Bazaar.
The Bazaar will be open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday July 6th through Thursday July 9th and 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday July 10th. The Bazaar opens and closes a half hour before and after open hours for vendor access. The room will be locked every night providing security for our vendor community.
Set-up will be on Sunday July 5th from 8 AM to 4 PM. The UPS store located in the Commons Center provides shipping and delivery. Point of contact for the UPS store is Les Jackson (615-481-8203).
Vendor breakdown will occur on Friday July 10th from 5 PM to 7 PM.
All tables are priced at one price of $500.00 for the entire five day Symposium. Each table is draped 60“ long x 30“ wide. Some tables have electricity.
